Kristen Jackwin is an attorney at Jackwin Legal, P.A., where she leads the firm’s criminal defense practice. A tenacious advocate with deep courtroom experience, Kristen has successfully argued complex and high-stakes motions throughout the Tri-County area in matters involving federal criminal defense, white collar investigations, and serious felony charges.

Kristen brings both precision and compassion to her practice. She believes that every client deserves to be heard, informed, and fiercely defended regardless of the charges they face. Her approach reflects the firm’s core philosophy: that effective legal representation begins with understanding the human being behind the case.

Before joining Jackwin Legal, Kristen built a strong litigation foundation that gives her the ability to navigate high-pressure proceedings with confidence. She is known for her thorough case preparation, her responsiveness to clients, and her willingness to fight for the best possible outcome at every stage.

Kristen is admitted to practice in the State of Florida and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. She earned her J.D. from St. Thomas University School of Law and her B.A. from the University of Central Florida. She has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star every year since 2018.
