Jackwin Legal, P.A. started as a “start-up” law firm in October 2016 - with only one goal in mind - do right by people.

Since then, this law firm has grown from being a solo-member practice to growing into a team of like-minded individuals focused on servicing clients in the areas of real estate, estate planning, business law and criminal defense. As we continue our growth in the future, we will always remember to put our clients first, and live by the motto: do right by people.

The COVID-19 pandemic has certainly been a true and trying test for everyone - but our team proved to be resilient through the changing tides. We not only survived and adapted to change as a law firm, but we came out stronger as a team than ever before.

We stand ready to assist our clients with the changes they may be facing today, tomorrow, or in the future. Our attorneys are keeping up-to-date with the changes in the laws and regulations we face as we move forward in an uncertain and changing world.

We are innovative and adaptable - and we have not missed a beat. Technology has allowed for our firm to continue our work and meet with clients remotely or via zoom conference calls throughout the COVID-19 Pandemic and beyond. Not only does our office allow for social distancing, we can even meet outside in the backyard patio, weather permitting.

Yes, we are a real estate, estate planning, business and criminal defense law firm, but we are more than that. We are a team of dedicated people working cohesively towards our client’s common goals and objectives.

Our firm’s culture is based on trust, honesty and integrity, but in a friendly and laid back office setting. Our office has a backyard and patio which provide us with additional space to work and fresh air. You may even catch us grilling out in the backyard patio on a Friday afternoon.

Flat fees

Certain scenarios allow us to charge a flat fee for our services. Such flat fee arrangements all depend upon the nature of your matter and the time required to be allocated to your matter. There are other times where we can estimate the time and nature of your matter and provide you with a flat fee in lieu of our hourly rates.

We value our client’s time and money. That is why we put the appropriate personnel in charge of handling certain tasks so as to not have the highest billable rate for tasks that can be billed at a lower rate.
